Arizona Food Allergy Alliance has been working in concert with State Senator Linda Lopez, Arizona Legistlative District 29, on a what has now been drafted as State Bill 1278: Restaurants; Allergy Awareness Requirements. This bill is essentially created coupling AFAA’s Restaurant Training Initiative (see below) and Massachusettes State law regarding restaurants.
